Gnomes - Love them or hate them?

Thought i would re-ignite this ancient argument of whether or not gnomes are lovable or hated , why do you like / dislike gnomes and does it really bother you , i know of some people who go out of their way to kill gnomes in battlegrounds which i find a bit odd i dont think i would ever be that annoyed by a race , a class maybe but not a race!

I personally love gnomes pretty much all my alts are them and i love them mainly because of their height , your opinions?
